We were happy with what we paid. Inside, the building was clean and looked well maintained, though dated. The outside also needs general repairs, and the wood is fading. We stayed for a weekend in March 2026. It's on a busy main road, so there was a lot of traffic noise at night. Still, it's a good base for visiting nearby places. Bus stops are very close, and there's limited parking behind, though getting in and out is very tight.

We spent two lovely weeks here in London. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with all the facilities. We booked through booking.com. A couple of things made the stay harder. The WiFi stopped working after one day, which seriously affected our work. The shower water also clogged, there was no microwave, and we couldn't reach the owner to sort out these other issues because we didn't have a working contact number. After a long flight, we arrived late at night and couldn't find “Brentford Penthouse” on the site. The building is actually called Concord penthouse, which caused a moment of panic while we tried to work out where the apartment was. The phone number on the confirmation wouldn't connect, and the booking helpdesk couldn't help, saying nothing could be done at that time of night. Fortunately, the email included the locker number. We took a chance with Concord house, and managed to get in.
