Coppermaker Square - Campus Accommodation

The Coppermaker Square maintenance team volunteered their time and top skills to refresh, redecorate and update our premises at The Well centre in East Ham. They paid great attention to detail and brought real joy to the work. They even took the initiative to spot other maintenance needs, so we received more than we'd asked for. Thank you Jose, Paul, Valdiney, Alessandro, and the amazing Kelly and Sareena for doing such a top job and helping a local charity look after precious community assets. The team are stars.

Khulood and Muffazil made checking in at Coppermaker Square today smooth and welcoming. It was lovely to be greeted by such friendly people, and they made everything effortless. Their professionalism and warm attitude helped us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Thanks to you both for such a great first impression!

The development is fantastic, with the best amenities we've seen. There’s a pool and spa, two co-working lounges, and you can book massages through the residents app. It feels like a five-star hotel, and the staff have all been friendly and helpful. We're very happy with our move so far. We recently moved in, and the experience has been good. Abel, our leasing contact, was friendly and responsive through the viewing, application and admin stages, and took time to explain anything we needed. Moving in went well apart from a mix-up about when we would collect the keys. Sai gave us a great induction, showed us the main areas of the development and our apartment, and explained how things worked.

Alessandro made a huge difference when my son and I visited a friend's apartment yesterday to check on and feed her cat while she was away. I have breathing difficulties and mobility issues, and without his help the visit would have been much harder. He greeted us kindly, helped us find the right parking area and guided us to the building and apartment. He even stayed for more than half an hour after his shift ended while we got everything done. He had entrusted us with the key at the start, then collected it and escorted us back. Throughout, he was calm, patient, professional, kind and genuinely caring. He was a godsend and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Alessandro. I really appreciated your kindness and willingness to go the extra mile, and I won't forget it.
