Cosy Duplex Apartment In the Heart of Marylebone

We stayed at The Marylebone Hotel while in London for our son's graduation. The hotel felt elegant yet comfortable for families, breakfast was fresh, and service was always attentive. The staff were welcoming, especially the doormen. We're especially grateful to manager Jhalak, who arranged a small surprise dessert plate for our son after we mentioned his graduation. It was such a thoughtful gesture and made the celebration more meaningful. Thank you for making the moment memorable.

It was lovely having a meal at the bistro restaurant, and the bottle of house white we had was delicious. The staff are just lovely, and we had such a nice experience. The woman doing evening turn-down service was so friendly and went above and beyond with a genuine smile. I'd say the staff are what make this hotel. I'd definitely recommend it if you're after somewhere central that isn't a big chain hotel.

My room was clean, quiet and well equipped. The gym, pool, bar and restaurant were nice extras, and the interior felt calm and comfortable. The hotel is beautifully designed and in a great spot, a short walk from Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street. Suhail at the front desk made check-in easy, welcomed me warmly and explained everything clearly. He went out of his way to help me several times. Even when the desk was busy, he stayed calm, professional and polite, and made sure I was looked after. His patience, initiative and genuine kindness made a real difference to my stay.

It felt rare to be so settled and tucked away in such a cosmopolitan setting. The Marylebone Hotel manages that beautifully, and really is a gem. The food was nutritious and nourishing, with care taken not to generate too much waste. Having access to a fully professional gym with a sauna next door was a great plus. We loved the food and beverage team: Gaetano brings together a crew that's fun and precise. Breakfast each morning left us feeling joyful and light, and we especially enjoyed time with Caitlin, young and deeply dedicated, Ronaldo, who brings so much joy, and Beata, always smiling and genuinely caring. Under GM Fabio's leadership, the eclectic international team creates a welcoming, lively yet cozy atmosphere throughout. Our stay was truly wonderful, and we're already looking forward to coming back.
