Cosy Rooms

Early check-in was appreciated, and value for money was middling. The rooms are very worn and need refurbishment. There were lots of flies in the bathroom, and the place needs a proper clean. Just don’t expect too much.

The hotel’s location was excellent and very convenient for our needs during our stay from October 11 to October 18, 2025. But the room was much smaller than we expected, so it was hard to move around comfortably. There was also a persistent odor from the bathroom that was unpleasant and made me concerned about my health. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, since fixing these issues could improve things for future guests.

Our room was clean and cozy, and it had air conditioning. We stayed from 17.06 to 20.06, and the customer service was top level. Our flight was at 7pm, though checkout was at 10am, so we asked reception if we could check out later and the man said yes. They also let us leave our luggage there while we went to eat. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location is handy for the big park, buses, the tube and shops, yet it stays quiet and feels safe. Staff were helpful and welcoming. The rooms are small, but clean and laid out well, with a private, clean bathroom.
