Karim at reception deserves special thanks. He was approachable, professional and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, handling every question patiently and efficiently and making guests feel welcome as soon as they arrived. His contribution made a real difference, and he deserves recognition for the high standard of hospitality he provides. City Prime Kensington exceeded my expectations. The property was clean, comfortable and well managed, with consistently excellent service overall. I'd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting London.

Kareem, Schwan and the rest of the team are always so helpful and polite. Recently I left my wallet at the property, and they went out of their way, turning the place upside down to find it for me. Big respect. For me, this apartment is a home away from home, and I'll keep booking here. The rooms are very nice, and I love the chandelier lighting 😍 Thank you so much.

Reyad maki was extremely helpful with all my questions and gave me very clear guidance, which made my stay enjoyable. The room was neat and very clean. Highly recommend for a solo or family stay.

The room really felt like a home away from home, with a full kitchen for making meals, a washing machine for laundry and even an iron. The location is right in the heart of everything, and the staff went out of their way to help us and made us feel very welcome. City prime apartment has a great team and all the amenities we needed. I can't recommend it enough.

The rooms are cozy and clean, and housekeeping is doing a proper job. The staff are super friendly, just ask for Shwan if you need anything. It really felt like a home away from home in the heart of London, and I enjoyed every minute of my stay. Definitely a place to stay.
