Crestfield Hotel

The room was compact but had what I needed, and staff tidied it daily. The hotel is handy for Kings Cross/St Pancras International Station, with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. A few things to know: you have to leave your key at the 24/7 reception whenever you go out. There's no elevator, so you'll need to carry luggage on the stairs, and you can hear noise between rooms. For a short stay, I'd definitely recommend it.

The bathroom was a good size and inside the room, which was a plus since nearby hotels can be tiny and sometimes only have a shared bathroom. The room itself was small, but big enough for two adults, and the staff were warm and friendly. If you want somewhere near the train station, I'd recommend the crestfield.

I needed an affordable hotel near King’s Cross for two nights and was really happy with this one. The room was small but spotless, warm and cozy, with a comfortable bed and hot showers. There were lots of plug points and USB sockets, plus a good quality Samsung TV. The staff were friendly, and I was surprised to find the room tidied with fresh water left for me. I've paid more at other hotels and had less attention to detail. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely return.

Federica at the front desk was kind, helpful and full of useful information. The room was clean and tidy, with the essentials: hair/body wash, a heated towel rail, complimentary water, hot drink facilities with biscuits, and a hair dryer. It's a great little hotel in King's Cross, just a few minutes' walk from the station and underground, so you can get around London easily. If you want the basics without spending a lot, you won't go wrong here. Happy to recommend it.
