We'd driven four hours to get to the apartment, only to find there were no instructions for getting in. When we called the number in the confirmation email, we were told they were overbooked and had nowhere for us to stay. There was a big boxing event at Tottenham stadium that night, so we couldn't find another place. We ended up changing clothes in our car in a multi-storey car park just to attend the event, after paying £300 for tickets.

The apartment was clean and had enough of what we needed, and the bed was comfortable with lovely linen. Communication was good, and someone met us there. It's also in a handy spot, near shops and public transport. I'd stay again when I'm in London.

Getting into central London was easy thanks to the good transport connection. The apartment itself was a very nice place to stay, and the location was convenient.

A modern, clean apartment with good equipment. It was very good value, too, with shops and restaurants nearby and Central London reachable by bus or tube.

The apartment was really clean and nice, but it felt old and worn. We were disappointed because it didn't look like the photos on Booking.
