The room was clean and spacious, though it got too hot, partly because of the floor-to-ceiling windows. We also found the bed uncomfortable. The operations manager responded quickly and had a new bed brought the next day, which helped. High Barnet Station is a short walk away, and New Barnet Station is a bus ride away. It's handy having a place to stay in North London with easy access to central London.

My guest and two young children were left stranded after the person handling check-in said he had somewhere else to be when I was only ten minutes away. They wouldn't check my guest in without me there, even though I'd already driven an hour to the property. Then he cancelled my booking. It's been 20 days and they still haven't refunded me. Awful service.

The road outside is a little noisy, though that's not really the property's fault. The flat itself is clean and has all the facilities and utensils I need, and check-in was quick and friendly. I'll be staying there quite a bit more.

The entrance was pretty hard to find as I don't know the area, so a few more signs would help. The apartment was lovely, and the owner was pleasant and easy to talk to.
