It took more than a month and a half to get my deposit back after moving out, despite there being no dispute over the amount. Home by Hone hadn't notified TDS when I was assigned to the original contract, and later, when I signed a new tenancy agreement for the same flat, the deposit wasn't transferred. That caused major delays and raises troubling questions about repeated failures to meet their duties, with no one taking responsibility.

Getting the deposit back was a nightmare and took ages. When I came to write this review, I noticed someone had the same problem two years ago, so I don't think it's been fixed. Living there itself was great: it's very modern, they recently added a co-working space, and the concierge was amazing. We had no problems while we were there and it was dreamy.

I rented here for two years and the experience was mostly good. The flat and facilities are very modern, and the concierge service is a lifesaver. Moving out has been frustrating, though: more than a month later, we still haven't received our deposit. It's held through the TDS scheme, which needs the tenant and landlord to complete an online form. It takes ten minutes at most, so it's frustrating that the landlord still hasn't done it.
