The hotel's location suited our plans well, and the staff put real effort into making things run smoothly. Our room was cleaned every day, and the housekeeping team deserves a thank you for being so attentive. We had a very good stay overall. The beds were a problem for us, at least in the room we had, and we started getting back discomfort. The food also fell short of what we expected. We know it's a busy hotel, but the food quality and dining experience could improve. There is room to grow in staff training and some facilities too. Thanks for the hospitality and for trying to make guests feel welcome.

Mimi was so warm with my two children, and her kindness made a lasting impression on our family. The lounge was packed and nearly closing, but she still found a way for us to get food before it shut. With nowhere to sit, she kindly arranged a place for us. We really appreciated how far she went to help. Her customer service was outstanding.

Lewis and Saakshi behind the bar made the evening. They were fun to talk with, and their laughs and conversation made everything feel welcoming. The room was clean and relaxing, with comfortable beds and air con that worked perfectly. Staff were quick and friendly when we asked for a few things, and always had a smile. A comfy, enjoyable stay at the Hilton, would definitely recommend the bar staff.

Desta looked after our group at the bar with real warmth and care. She was classy and made us feel like guests, not just customers. Service like that is rare, and people like Desa are what bring guests back. He deserves the recognition. We spent four days at DoubleTree by Hilton London Angel Kings Cross, and the place was clean, well organized, and ran smoothly. A great location and staff, and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting London.
