Din was especially kind and helpful, thank you to him. We only stayed one night, but it was a lovely visit. The room was quiet and cozy, everything was clean and comfortable, and we felt right at home. It was better than we expected, and we'd happily return. Seems like a friendly, comfortable place for families too.

We came for my husband's birthday in late February, and Abdullah made us feel welcome and well looked after. His hospitality helped make the occasion memorable, and we won't forget the effort he put in. I think Zayed, or a name something like that, served us at breakfast and looked after us really well. All the staff were fantastic, and the rooms were great and extremely clean. We'd definitely come back. Thanks again.

The restaurant manager was warm, professional, and had a great sense of humour. We unfortunately didn't catch his name, but he wore a blue suit and appeared to be of Asian background. He knew a lot about London and gave us helpful tips for exploring. We followed his suggestion and went to The Goring Hotel for afternoon tea. It became one of the highlights of our daughter's first London trip. Dinner on Tuesday evening, April 14th, was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we really appreciated the service.

The staff handled a huge influx of people really well. They stayed organized, attentive, and genuinely helpful, which made a big difference during our one-night visit to the Hilton Excel for an event at ExCeL. Breakfast was very busy, as you'd expect, but had a decent selection. People crowded around the fridges, so the layout could be better at peak times. Still, it was a comfortable stay in a convenient location, and we'd be happy to return.
