Gul, Cian, and Sebastian made the stay for us. They were warm, professional, and proactive about making things convenient, and the chocolate chip cookies they brought were a delicious finishing touch. Gul, King, and Mori at reception were so professional, kind, and genuinely warm. They made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived, were always ready to help with questions or requests, and really went above and beyond. Their service made my visit more enjoyable, and I’ll definitely return. DoubleTree by Hilton London - Hyde Park is conveniently placed near Hyde Park and public transport, which made exploring London easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and the hotel had a welcoming, relaxing feel. I couldn’t be happier with my stay and highly recommend it.

Akshansh was welcoming, accommodating, and exceptionally helpful from the moment we arrived. He patiently answered our questions and went out of his way to keep everything smooth. Hanan gave us great recommendations for places to visit and helped with reservations. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help left a lasting impression. We had a wonderful experience, and the service exceeded what we expected. I’d highly recommend the hotel and look forward to staying again.

Great crew and plenty of breakfast options. King David changed my room from an accessible one to something much more comfortable, and I’m so grateful because it made the stay much better. Gil also made sure I could cover the extra night I needed. I’d definitely come back!

We arrived back just after 3:15 p.m. after spending time away from the hotel, but our room still wasn’t ready. We couldn’t check in until around 4:00 p.m. The official check-in time was 3:00 p.m., so we understood that we might have to wait, but after arriving around 1:30 p.m. following a long international flight, the delay was disappointing. What bothered us most was that reception offered no apology, explanation, or small gesture of consideration. Delays can happen even at a well-run hotel, but after nearly two and a half hours of waiting, a more welcoming and attentive response would have helped. We came to London to celebrate my birthday and had hoped to start the stay on a positive note. I hope management reviews how efficiently check-in is handled and how guests are treated at reception. A simple apology and a little empathy can make a big difference to the experience.
