The reception team gave us really good service, with every employee going out of their way to help. The rooms were very clean and had a nice view outside. The bathrooms were clean as well and supplied with the essentials, including shower gel. I’d gladly come back, it felt well worth it.

Getting food nearby was easy, with lots of Malaysian options too. Hyde Park is just around the corner, and Bayswater and Queensway tube stations are a 5-10 minute walk away. Our room was large, with a nice toilet and view, and the staff were friendly. It was a very pleasant stay and I’d definitely come back. The only snag was that the lift wasn’t working for a few days.

The breakfast was good value, and Cristina made the mornings feel welcoming. Her service at breakfast and with cleaning was impeccable. The music was nice too. Thanks, Cristina, and thanks to everyone. Yes, I’d highly recommend choosing this hotel, it offers great value.

The reception team were very helpful, and breakfast was good. The staff there were attentive and organized, though the downstairs breakfast room was on the small side. We loved our room for four. It was on the sixth floor, small but a normal size for London, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The hotel is in a lovely, safe area near Hyde Park. We had a great time and would stay again if we return to London.
