I checked in a couple of weeks ago and couldn't sleep because the window beside a busy mainline railway was open when I arrived, faulty, and wouldn't shut. Management wouldn't send anyone to repair it that day. Their suggestion for the next day was to seal it permanently, which would leave the room with no ventilation. There isn't air conditioning. Their messages made it clear this was a known problem they hadn't fixed, and they flatly refused a refund. Substandard, and I don't recommend it.

I'm living here at the moment and got a good discount. Respectful women come in every day to clean the rooms. It's a good place to live because disrespectful people never come here. You can also use the address for Amazon purchases and to receive mail, which is a great feature, even five-star hotels don't offer that.

I found this place while looking for a base for a weekend in Ealing, and I'll definitely come back instead of looking elsewhere. It was very clean, with a comfy bed and great shared kitchen facilities. My bathroom was private and spotless, and the shower was hot and powerful. 100% recommended.

The check-in process was terrible, so difficult and invasive.

Avoid this place. The customer service is very rude.
