The room was compact but had everything I needed, and it was very tidy and clean. The mattress was comfortable, the shower was great, the towels were clean, and it was pleasantly quiet. I booked a single room for myself and it was just right. I’m sure two people could manage too, and they probably have larger rooms for groups. My only little gripe was that the window barely opened. I got warm and wanted more fresh air, though I understand safety rules may limit how far it can open. There was a small gap, just not enough for my preference. The staff were lovely and professional, all friendly and helpful. The woman who checked me in at night was especially welcoming, and the staff member who helped at checkout in the morning made everything easy and helped me with everything. She was so smiley ❤️ They kindly let me check out at 1pm instead of 10am for £20, which was handy. A big thank you and warm greetings to her.

Big thanks to Pavan at reception. He was helpful and shared useful information that made my stay easier. The hotel is well placed for getting around and exploring. My room was clean and refurbished, and the new air conditioning worked perfectly through the heat wave. Rooms are a bit small, but good value for the price.

Akash made this stay at easyHotel Croydon Town Centre really great. He was friendly and so helpful the whole time, with the best customer service I’ve had in ages. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need, and it’s easy to get around from this perfect location. I’ll definitely be back and would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Croydon.

It’s right by East Croydon train station, and check-in and checkout were simple. The staff were welcoming, the lifts were quick and the price was good. The recently refurbished room was clean, though it could’ve used a table or desk. For the price, I can’t complain. The room key was a bit of a hassle to use, and the shower was a little intermittent. The towels were nice and there were multiple toilet rolls. I’ll book again. Thanks.

Akash really made my stay at easyHotel Croydon stand out. He was kind, understanding and supportive, and always ready to help with whatever I needed. It’s rare to get such attentive, genuine service, and his professionalism and positive attitude made everything more comfortable and enjoyable. I’d happily stay again and highly recommend it, especially because of Akash’s excellent customer service.
