Easyhotel London Victoria

Getting around was easy, with Victoria station just a few minutes away on foot and shops and the theatre within walking distance. Hitesh was kind and helpful, and moved us downstairs because my health made climbing the six flights to our room difficult. The rooms are extremely small, barely giving two people space to stand, and the shower curtain clings to you. I knew it was a budget hotel, but tea and coffee in the room cost extra at reception. Still, it wasn't bad.

I booked a windowless standard room for four nights while working in Victoria, and it suited me well since I was out all day and returned in the evening. It was small as described, but just right for one person, very clean, quiet and cozy, with what I needed: two large towels, a shower mat, a really good shower, hand soap, a comfortable bed with two pillows, a TV, mirror and a little space for my coat. The staff were all so helpful and kind, always smiling. The location is fantastic, and for an affordable stay I honestly have nothing to complain about. I'd send people here. Bravo!!

Victoria Station and the Underground are about a seven minute walk away, which was a great location for us. Hitesh welcomed us warmly and helped throughout our stay, and Den was attentive in the mornings and always ready to assist. They both paid attention to the details and made our visit a happy one. As the website said, the room was very small, with AC and a tiny bathroom. There was no airflow or extractor in there, which made showering difficult and impractical.

We were impressed by how quickly the staff took our needs seriously. The first room was small but lovely, and when I explained that I have quite strong claustrophobia, they immediately offered us an upgrade so we could be comfortable. Roxana and Angi deserve special thanks for their kindness and support. The hotel was very clean and well kept, and everyone was friendly and attentive to our requests. We'd happily come back on another London trip.
