Visible mold on the walls and ceiling, stains and dirt around the windows, and insects in the bathroom made the place feel damp, dirty and neglected. This is about basic hygiene and upkeep, not luxury. The low price doesn't excuse ignoring cleanliness or safety, and staying in those conditions was shocking, unhealthy and uncomfortable. It left me uneasy and unable to relax, which can affect people mentally. Is cleaning a room properly and fixing small, obvious problems really that difficult? The manager and owner shouldn't try to justify this. This isn't hospitality, and guests shouldn't have to put up with it. Avoid.

I booked a single room, which meant sharing a bathroom on the lower floor, but the room itself had ample storage and space to slide my suitcase under the bed and keep things tidy. It was clean and came with a TV, hairdryer, wall plug-in heater, kettle, tea and coffee. The room was already warm, so I didn't need the heater. Housekeeping came daily to empty the bins, bring fresh towels and change the bedding. For the price, this hotel in the heart of beautiful Belgravia ticks all the boxes.

The bathroom was tiny, though that may be common in Europe, and the room and beds were clean. Most of all, I loved the location. For the price, people should set their expectations accordingly. I have no complaints and would stay again.

Dear traveler, please don't book here. The room was so tiny I couldn't fully open the door. As soon as we got the keycards and saw it, we went straight back to check out and get out of there. The sheets had black hairs, the bathroom was moldy, the cabin fan was damaged, the windows were open, and there was a moldy smell everywhere. The doors were damaged too. Receptionist Kamrum told me I'd get a refund, but said the manager had to approve it. The manager and Expedia haven't done anything so far. I've been waiting since Friday before Easter. My stay began on April 3rd.
