We got married at Chelsea Old town hall, and the team at Egerton made our weekend memorable with how accommodating they were. The hotel is small and charming, which gives it a cosy, comfortable feel. The staff were wonderful and couldn't have done more for us. I'd highly recommend staying here in the area.

The staff are what made our Sunday, February 1st stay for our show so memorable. Everyone was warm, respectful, attentive, and genuinely caring. They listened and made us feel welcome. The food was excellent, especially breakfast, and I loved the housekeeping touches: the neat room, the tea box, and the chocolates. The room itself was amazing, too. Thanks to the whole team for being so generous and professional. This hotel has a wonderful human touch, and I'd return without hesitation. Nadim (The Guy Who didn’t need 7 pencils☺️!)

The bar was a nice place to stop for a quick drink before dinner. It has an old-fashioned English manor feel, and it's known for martinis. They're certainly not cheap, but you get a full glass with snacks and cheese on toast, so I can't complain. We had a lovely time, and I'd recommend it if you're nearby.

I booked the martini masterclass for a friend's birthday expecting a lot more, and it was disappointing. Each of us got just one martini and a few tiny tastes of vermouth. We didn't learn how to make martinis or try different kinds, so it hardly felt like a masterclass. The setting was nice and the canapés were decent, but the whole thing felt uninspired and stingy.

We've already decided we can't wait to come back to Egerton House Hotel. We stayed two nights, and from the welcome onwards it felt like we'd found our new favourite London hotel. The place was exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and well presented, but it was the team that really made it stand out. Every interaction was warm, professional, and thoughtful. Gianfranco in the bar deserves a special mention. He was fabulous, and makes a fabulous Martini!
