We stayed in the big apartment and had a great experience. It was very clean, bright and had everything we needed. The host was polite and went out of their way to let us check in much earlier than usual. There are grocery shops close by, plenty of good restaurants nearby, and a cafe for coffee and breakfast just around the corner. The bus stop is across the street.

Christopher was really friendly and ready to help with whatever we needed. The apartment was cosy, modern and spacious, just like the pictures, and even had adapters for visitors from abroad, a thoughtful touch. The neighbourhood was quiet, with a direct bus into the centre on line 188. It’s three bus stops from North Greenwich metro and boat station, and also close to the Greenwich observatory. I don't know where the bad reviews come from.

The location was great, and the rooms were clean and nice. We could hear some noise at night because the bedroom window didn't seal properly. Apart from that, I'd really recommend it. The O2 is about a 15-minute walk away.

The apartment was comfortable, with Greenwich centre park, the train station and Greenwich Park all within walking distance.

The property manager's service is worse than the hospitality. Their communication has been poor, and they're still holding on to my money for a stay I never attended, even though they promised to return it. I've spoken to several people there, including the manager, who was rude and refused to follow through on the agreed refund. They also ask for a £300 deposit, so they can decide what to use your money to pay for their next client.
