I only booked because it was the cheapest option available at the time. The hidden charges for everything only became clear after booking. I cancelled, but they never refunded me. They fobbed me off with an email until the refund conditions expired, then kept the money. Sharp practice at best.

They were really accommodating about our late arrival, and the stay was brilliant. There was tea, a TV, a lovely garden, and a lovely bed, all for a very reasonable price. I’d definitely stay again when I’m in London.

The owner was uncooperative, and the accommodation was disgusting, one star at best. Hygiene is a real problem, and health and safety measures aren’t followed. It wasn’t worth the money. I won’t stay here again and wouldn’t expect anyone else to either.

The owner was welcoming and helpful throughout, and the quiet location was still convenient for getting into central London. I stayed a couple of nights and couldn’t have asked for more. The room was spotless and comfortable, great value for money. I’d book again and recommend it to friends.

I called at the last minute and the owner welcomed me so warmly. I’d stupidly gone to the wrong place, so he drove me to the right location, lol. Then I got a lovely room with Netflix and even a nice glass of wine. What a treat. I’ll definitely use it again, 10 out of 10.
