The station location and the friendly, helpful staff made this a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend it for those reasons. Our room was clean and simple, though fairly dark with only a basic view. Space was tight around the beds, and the mattress had a dip that made it uncomfortable. A replacement would help.

A waste of money. There are proper hotels nearby with better facilities and a proper English breakfast. This place feels more like a converted house or hostel than a hotel, and because of their religion they don't serve a traditional English breakfast. The rooms are tiny, the heating doesn't work, and they need air freshener. The lifts are constantly out of order. I wouldn't stay here.

It’s a handy spot for the ABBA Voyage arena. The breakfast was a standard English one, though my partner didn’t enjoy it. The eggs were fried almost to death, the sausage was average, and there was plenty of baked beans. The bacon was fatty. Toast is self-service, and the coffee comes from a large flask.

For London, this was very good value. It’s a budget hotel with clean, small rooms, and my twin room had a good shower plus tea and coffee. Stratford Station is close by, with connections across much of London. Oddly, this was the second hotel on my trip where the sink had no plug.

The rooms were in shocking condition, with hairs left behind by previous guests. The desk staff member on 24/09/26 was extremely rude and condescending to the lads who work for us when they checked in. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
