We stayed one night while going to a show at the Palace theatre, and would absolutely come back. The rooms were great, the location worked perfectly, and they can store your luggage. Sonkia, Merian and Mohammed at reception were lovely, friendly, approachable, and helpful. They even let us check in two hours early at no extra charge. Highly recommend.

Everything is close by, and the staff were very polite. The clean room had a nice smell and a cozy, cute look. They're quite small, but there's enough space for one person. A bigger desk for working would be useful.

The staff were nice, the location was good, and the easy Tube and rail links suited my short work stay. The small room was perfectly fine for that, and breakfast was nice. I asked for an iron on the day and didn't get it before I had to leave, so I'd request it a day ahead to see if that works better. What put me off was the dirt. The room hadn't been dusted in ages, and the place felt like it needed a deep clean. The back of the TV looked as if it had never seen a duster. There was dust and marks on the screen facing the bathroom, which hadn't even been cleaned. Gross.

They told us our room was ready when we dropped our luggage, before we could officially check in, so we could make the most of the day. The room was small, but ideal for a night or two, modern and thoughtfully laid out. Great service from the moment we arrived. I'd definitely stay again when visiting london.

The hospitality is what stays with you. Hotel employees, from reception to housekeeping, are super friendly and helpful. The location is so convenient: right above Euston Square underground, a few minutes' walk from Warren Street and Kings Cross Station, and even Tottenheim street is walkable if you can manage the walk.
