This place is a joke. My secretary booked it for me, but when I arrived on Sunday evening, 2022/11/20, there was nothing there for me. I stayed at a nearby hotel and called on Monday morning. The woman who answered said it was impossible for me to have a reservation because they had no rooms available around that time. She mentioned that the two bosses were fighting and that one had deliberately booked people without telling the other. Whatever the reason, our secretary eventually found me somewhere else to stay.

There’s no hot water, and they won’t repair the boiler. I’m having to start a court case to get my deposit back. They sent tenants from the flats to fix things, even though they didn’t know what they were doing. Their maintenance man told us not to pay rent, and their own staff member said the people running it were horrible and cheated customers. They operate under several business names, which makes it hard to catch them doing anything illegal. If anyone in the government’s white collar crime division sees this, please investigate them and Mercervy limited. Criminals!

Not as described. It’s above a FEDEX office and the photos don’t match. Beware. I gave it one star because zero wasn’t an option.

The kitchen is very basic, but for the price it’s clean and in a good location.
