FG Property - Kensal Town, Warfield Road

I first visited because I was attending the crematorium of a very dear childhood neighbour and friend. The pub is a bit rugged and dull, and not environmentally friendly, but the staff made a big difference. They were approachable, warm, friendly, and smiley, with customer service that was spot on. The toilets were clean, which is a big bonus, and parking access was good too. Would I recommend it? Yes, based on the hospitality.

The food at The William in Kensal Rise was excellent, full of flavour, cooked just right, and served piping hot. The roast potatoes were crispy, the meat was tender, and the portions were spot on. The team made the visit even better, welcoming me as soon as I arrived and staying friendly and attentive. The manager was approachable and professional, and clearly cares about creating a great atmosphere. A fantastic Sunday roast with even better service. I’ll definitely return.

The best part for me was that The William is dog friendly. They greeted my little pup with a bowl of fresh water, which was lovely. The pub has a cosy, family-friendly interior and has recently been refurbished to a high standard. It was nice and clean too. We ordered nearly the whole sides and starters menu to try a bit of everything, and the flavours were delicious. Everything arrived hot, with good timing between dishes. I’ve heard good things about this place and really look forward to coming back. Thank you!

The staff were really friendly, and the food was spot on. I went with friends for a Sunday roast recently, and the portions were massive. Just what you want from a good roast. I’ll definitely be back regularly.
