I liked being able to open the window to adjust the room temperature. There wasn’t an iron in the room, so I asked and someone brought me one, which was great since at hotels I usually have to collect it myself. The room was small, so finding a place to set up the ironing board was tricky, but I’d expected that from the room description. I enjoyed my stay and would come back. The reception staff at the other hotel were very friendly, and after checkout I spent a while working in that hotel lobby before lunch.

The staff were kind and helpful, and the hotel was comfortable and well maintained. I stayed at the Kensington Gardens Hotel for two nights in January 2026 and had a pleasant experience. We liked the spacious, clean room and found the location very convenient. There was an issue with the room, but it was dealt with fairly and kindly.

The neighborhood is lively and the location is great. The rooms were clean but very small. We stayed in summer, and the room got uncomfortably hot. We couldn’t open the window all the way. I understand that safety regulations are the reason, but it’s something to keep in mind during warm weather.
