My mom and I stayed here, and the room was much smaller than we expected. There was no mini fridge, so we couldn’t keep food or have cold water. It was also confusing to figure out where to get the key and how to use the outside door. On the last day my mom got food poisoning. Check-out is very early, at 11:00AM, so we asked if we could stay later. They said it wasn’t possible and offered more help, which we respected. But when we asked if there was any option, even paying for another night if needed, they just repeated that a late checkout wasn’t possible. We offered anything to stay until at least 13-14(1am and 2am), and even offered to move to another room. There weren’t people coming into our room later, and most of the hotel was empty when we were there. My mom could barely move because of the pain and constant vomiting, so we had to spend about two hours at a nearby cafe. Otherwise, if you’re only planning to sleep there and don’t mind lukewarm water or having nowhere to store food, the room was meh.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the hotel had a lively but relaxing feel that worked for both work and leisure. The rooms were really comfortable, with plush bedding, good lighting, and a sleek minimalist look. I loved the modern, stylish design, which still felt welcoming. I absolutely loved staying at this new hotel in the heart of London. If you want somewhere fresh and stylish, this is definitely it. Can’t wait to come back!

The bathroom is lovely, and there’s a cute bakery and coffee place nearby. The Tube is close too, about a five minute walk. The rooms are small but pretty, and the bed is really small for two. Just a heads-up that in our room the shower entrance was tight, so if you’re pregnant or very overweight, you might not be able to get into it.

The rooms were stylish, comfortable, and spotless, with thoughtful little touches that made the stay feel special. The location is ideal, close to good restaurants, cafes, and transport links. I’d highly recommend it to anyone after a charming, luxurious stay in London.
