FiveM Notting Hill

The main issue for me was the heating. I couldn't adjust it, and I was cold the whole time in the flat. That would have been a disaster in winter. Studio 5 is cute, clean and nicely decorated, with a small, well-equipped kitchen. The Five M Notting Hill building is beautiful too, and the area is gorgeous, with charming houses, cafés, restaurants and pubs. The listing says it sleeps two, but I wouldn't recommend that, as it feels too small for more than one person to be comfortable.

The bathroom was gorgeous, and the underfloor heating was a lovely touch. We slept really well too, the bed was so comfortable and the pillows were great. The Notting Hill apartment was spotless, bright and airy. A fantastic find, and I'd definitely recommend it. Can't wait to come back.

The area was busy, but the property itself was quiet. Hyde Park and Notting Hill are just around the corner, with nice shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to London attractions. Beautiful place, great location and an easy check-in. I'll definitely stay again!

I liked the studio at first, but after three nights I decided not to stay for the extra two I'd planned. On the first evening, a brown mouse darted several times from under the sink to under the bed. It was alarming, so I contacted management straight away. They offered another room next door to the studio, sharing a wall with the kitchen. Given what had happened, I wasn't comfortable staying in the same building and left that night for somewhere across town. As I was leaving, I saw a couple on the ground floor with two large dogs, and there was a loud party outside at the hostel next door. I don't know if either was connected to the mouse, but it added to the unsettling atmosphere. I was disappointed they wouldn't offer a partial refund. It felt like management wanted to dispute what happened instead of acknowledging my concerns, which surprised me from a business that says it prioritizes customer experience. This has made it hard for me to wholeheartedly recommend FiveM Notting Hill. I hope they take issues like this more seriously in future.
