The price was a bargain for central London, just £29 per person per night. The staff were very friendly, the rooms clean and cleaned daily, and the food was good. They even provided an early breakfast for the cyclists doing the sportive, with an excellent full English. I stayed for Ride London 100, and the start was only a few miles away.

The food was excellent, and the room was clean and warm. Staff were helpful and friendly. My only gripes were the shortage of bath towels and the small bathroom and shower, which were a bit awkward to reach. You had to close the door while sitting on the toilet to get to them.

The free breakfast was great, the room was absolutely fine, and the staff were really friendly. My one small issue was the toilet in Room 21. It barely flushed anything away, even though a torrent of water came through when operated. Getting back at 2am after New Year, steaming drunk, and needing about 20 flushes for an average dump was no fun. I don't think other rooms had the same problem, but management should get that toilet sorted. Aside from that, it was a genuinely good hotel for the price and I'd recommend it. There's a bus stop about 20 metres away, with the 25 running direct to the city around the clock. Stratford tube, train and bus station is about a 15-minute walk down the road.

The staff were very friendly, and our clean double room was spacious enough for two adults. We stayed overnight after a concert at London Stadium, about a 10-minute bus ride or a 30-minute walk away. Book early, though. The hotel was full after Muse played the night before.

Good for workers, with friendly staff and food that's cheap and satisfactory. There's a small bar, and football is shown when it's on. For what it costs, it's not bad, and there's parking at the rear for vans up to MWB Transit size. If the American-style motels you see in films aren't your thing, don't book here. For working away, it's just about okay for the price.
