The room was a little small for two, but the bed was really comfortable. We also liked the quiet atmosphere and how easy it was to get public transport from the hotel. It was a great choice for our trip, and we enjoyed the breakfast. Lourenço was so kind and attentive!

Pooja made a real difference to my stay. I’d just come from a hospital appointment, and she was genuinely kind and concerned about how I was doing. She brought me water, checked that I was comfortable, and made it clear I could ask for anything. Her compassion and professionalism stood out even more when I saw her helping other guests with the same warmth and a genuine smile. Staff like her deserve recognition from management. The hotel is clean and well maintained. My room was compact but suited a short stay, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was spotless and worked perfectly. The gentleman who checked me in was also polite, welcoming, and professional, though I didn’t catch his name. Thank you for the excellent service.

The air conditioning was great because it was so hot while we were there, and breakfast was very nice. The rooms are small but laid out well. I did have to climb over the other half of the bed to get to the loo, though I knew about that before we arrived.

Mr. Soby gave me a very comfortable room when I checked in today. I’m a Platinum member, but hadn’t booked through the Bonvoy website. He took the time to explain the Bonvoy benefits, the hotel facilities, transport options, and safety measures in detail. His professionalism, cultural awareness, and considerate manner really impressed me. He made me feel very satisfied with being a Bonvoy member. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again and highly recommend Mr. Soby. Thank you!
