Fulham Pier was such a lovely place to spend time that we found it hard to leave the hotel, Lighthouse, and pier. We were in town for a Fulham match and a celebration, and the experience started before we even reached the doors. Janos greeted us, took our bags, let us peek at the pitch, then showed us to a room with balloons waiting for our celebration. That thoughtful, friendly service carried on throughout our stay, including recommendations around town. Even with tube strikes and a televised matchday, getting around was easy. The hotel feels like a luxury place but has the scale of a boutique B&B, so you get the best of both worlds. Our room was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The bedding, appliances, and toiletries felt luxurious, and the balcony was a real bonus. We had fun watching the fans gather outside the pier over espresso before heading down to join them. The minibar was complimentary because we booked direct, and we also had access to the Lighthouse, which blew me away. It's a must-do if you're staying here. The neighbourhood was lovely to explore, with nice streets and facilities around the pier. Whether you're here for a match or just want a break from the busy city, this hotel is a gem. Thanks to Janos and the rest of the staff for such a great stay. Cheers!

Fulham Pier Hotel sits right on the river, in a lively new riverside area with plenty to explore. The suite felt elegant and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows giving us stunning Thames views. From the luxurious bedding to the décor inspired by the riverside landscape, the details throughout the property were beautifully thought through. The staff were warm, attentive, and clearly wanted to make my stay special. I loved taking in the sunset with a drink and walking along the nearby Thames path. It felt like a peaceful retreat with a lot right on the doorstep. I can't wait to return!

The food options and events at Fulham Pier are varied and high quality. The rooms are modern and exceptionally clean, with thoughtful touches that add to the sense of luxury and great river views. We've been spoilt by our stay and wouldn't consider anywhere else when visiting London. We'll be back.

The hotel room, number 202, worked perfectly and I had no issues there. You've all done a great job raising the level of football hospitality. I also spent time in the Sky Deck, and it was easily the best stadium hospitality experience I've had. The atmosphere was almost like a private members' club, so you could nearly forget you were at a match. The seats gave us a brilliant view, the staff were excellent, and drinks came smoothly. I loved the whole setup. Fulham were unlucky not to get more out of it, and if I didn't live so far away, I'd seriously think about becoming a Fulham fan just to enjoy that!

Dinner at Brasserie Constance was outstanding, and the facilities at the Pier were excellent. As a Fulham season ticket holder, I couldn't pass up the chance to stay there. Our room was beautifully appointed, very comfortable, and had a wonderful view. Tamir gave us a warm welcome, and his attentiveness and helpfulness made the stay feel personal. It was memorable from start to finish, and we look forward to coming back.
