The friendly atmosphere and location made Glendale hotel a great choice, and I’d happily come back. I spent six nights there and found the room clean and comfortable. Staff were always ready to help. There’s no lift, but I didn’t mind treating the stairs as a bit of extra exercise 😀

The sewage odor was awful, and there was no elevator. The rooms were cramped and filthy, with hairs in the bed, bathroom, and on the floor. I’ve never stayed in such a disgusting hotel.

The room had what I needed and was clean and comfortable. Getting around was easy too, with Hyde Park and paddington station just a short walk away and plenty of nearby attractions. The staff made me feel at home as soon as I arrived. I’d strongly recommend Glendale Hyde Park Hotel to anyone visiting London.

There was hair that clearly hadn’t been cleaned up before I arrived, and spider webs on the ceiling. The walls were black and filthy, the bed was rock hard, and the tiny room was extremely uncomfortable. Absolutely disgusting. Don’t spend your money here, stay as far away as possible.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the central location was really convenient. Our small room was spotless, with comfortable beds and everything well equipped: a TV, mini fridge, hairdryer, and an excellent shower. Great value for money. We’d definitely stay again.
