Grand Sapphire Hotel & Banqueting

We held my nephew’s wedding at Shadi Banqueting Hall and had a fantastic experience the whole way through. The venue looked beautiful, was well organised, and had a great atmosphere for the day. Farhan, the manager, deserves a special thank you. He was professional, helpful, and attentive while we planned and on the day, making sure things ran smoothly and staying available for requests. Our guests were impressed with both the venue and service. I’d highly recommend Shadi Banqueting Hall to anyone looking for a wedding venue. Thanks to Farhan and the team for helping make the wedding such a memorable occasion.

The catering from Spice Village was a real highlight, and the venue itself looked beautiful. The food was delicious, and the staff kept everything stocked while making sure guests were looked after. They were attentive, polite, efficient, and professional. My family and I had a fantastic time, and I'd happily recommend the place and its catering for a special occasion.

Breakfast was a great start to the day, with plenty of choice and everything served hot and fresh. The hotel was well kept, and its amenities had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Zulaid and Salvika deserve a special mention. They were professional, welcoming, and really attentive to my comfort. I recently stayed at the Grand Sapphire London and had a positive experience throughout. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to come back soon.

The starters were great, especially the Chicken Dynamite, and the mains and Biriyani were packed with flavour. The vegetables had a bit more oil than I like, though, and the desserts were standard. The staff were the best I've seen, and the food was so good, seriously. Five stars all round. The venue is what you pay for.
