We had nice, roomy bedrooms downstairs and never felt crowded. Nico was a great host and let us use the garden to relax and eat outside. The location is ideal for getting around, right between two transport hubs.

We had a great weekend in the garden apartment. I don’t usually write reviews, but the hosts were friendly and easy to approach, while still giving us space. A great find for future London stays.

Nic and Ben made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived, and Bruno the dog is very friendly. The Griffin apartment was clean, spacious enough for four to sleep comfortably, and airy even on one of the hottest days of the year. It’s on the top floor in Stockwell, about a 10-minute walk from either Stockwell or Brixton tube, with Clapham nearby too. We could also enjoy the tropical garden with its fish pond and turtles. Hopefully we’ll be back soon.

It’s outside central London, but getting around from here is really easy. The hosts are welcoming, and the house guide gives clear instructions. A superb place, worth trying.
