The location and service were both great. I'd be glad to come back.

Nothing special, but it wasn't dirty or anything. The soundproofing worked pretty well: there was a party in the park across the road, but with the windows shut I couldn't hear it. I nearly skipped it because of the bad reviews, but it was actually decent. The shower ran a little too hot, and I had to park a bit farther away.

The location is the only good part, and it's handy if you need to get to the police station. The bedroom and bathroom were filthy and awful, with hair and stains on the bed linens. After the room was supposedly cleaned, it was even dirtier than before. The bathroom door wouldn't close, the taps were mouldy and greasy, and the shower had low pressure and just one temperature setting. The bed frame had sharp edges covered with tape. The floor was disgusting, ventilation was poor, the towels were appalling, and the closet was broken. This was definitely not value for money, and I wouldn't recommend it to friends who often come to this part of London. I'd give it no stars if I could. I don't need thanks for feedback. 😊

The toilet was left dirty, with pubic hair across the bowl, and the bedroom floor had hair, grease, and other grime on it. The rooms were absolutely filthy. There seemed to be just one staff member, and it looked like he hadn't vacuumed or cleaned before we arrived. I ended up cleaning the toilet myself; I should send management a bill. The receptionist started out friendly, then became rude and defensive. At £70 a night, this place wasn't worth it. I won't be rushing back.
