We had a family room with a double bed, a single and the cot we’d requested when booking. The bathtub was nice and big, and the shower head was good. The room’s AC worked well. There was a TV with three or four basic channels, but nothing for kids, and we couldn’t cast from our phones. There was no minibar, and the windows didn’t open, as others have mentioned. The room suited our needs, and the staff and location were terrific. Breakfast made things easier with a toddler and baby. It was varied, child-friendly enough and good value, though I’m not sure I’d choose it for myself every day. I’d absolutely consider coming back next time in London.

The breakfast was fairly simple, with less variety than at some other hotels I’ve stayed at in Waterloo and Euston. Still, I had a very pleasant stay. Check-in was smooth, the staff made me feel welcome, and my room was clean, quiet and comfortable, so I could relax after a long day. The location was convenient too.

I come here each time I visit London and plan to keep doing so. It’s in a great location, with comfortable beds, good rooms and a nice bathroom. Check-in is easy, although the self-service check-in didn’t work for me this time. There’s room to improve the housekeeping. My room wasn’t cleaned as expected, with some rubbish left behind and certain hotel items not put back in place. Reception could also be more welcoming. Some staff are great, while others don’t even give a proper goodbye or say thank you after checkout.

Aakriti at Premier Inn Shepherd’s Bush Road made a lasting impression through her customer service. She was warm, welcoming and professional from the moment I arrived, and handled requests with care and efficiency so everything ran smoothly. Her attention to detail and positive attitude stood out. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and she made me feel valued throughout my stay. She clearly takes pride in her work and represents Premier Inn to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to return, thanks in large part to Aakriti’s excellent hospitality.

I wouldn’t stay here again. Paint was splattered across the carpet and furniture, the shower drain barely worked, and the toilet roll holder was broken. The bed was quite small, and the flat pillows were uncomfortable. The A/C didn’t work about 80% of the time. It would switch on for a few hours around check-in, then shut off, and the room got HOT. Even with the thermostat set to cool, it wouldn’t cool down. There were good things too: the location was amazing, close to lots of shops and two tube stations, with plenty nearby and easy access around the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, and the bed was comfortable.
