Hartley Hotel

There are mice and bugs, the water barely works, and I found used condoms beside the bed. There’s often some kind of commotion, like people arguing, and drug addicts sneak in through the hotel’s side gate. It doesn’t feel hygienic at all. The manager called me a liar even though I hadn’t lied. He told me to come back after three days, so I left and returned, but then he started arguing with me about it. And don’t trust the Google photos, the rooms look nothing like them.

The staff are very friendly and speak politely, and nobody bothers you before checkout time. The environment at Hartley hotel is good, and the cleaning is amazing. Everything in the toilet was very clean. I always prefer staying here.

The location is very good, and the staff, especially the receptionist, were helpful. Having a car park is a good bonus too.

I’m a regular guest, and the room has always been really good.
