The staff were friendly and ready to make sure you had a good meal. I tried the burger, nachos and chocolate pudding from the bar and restaurant, and the food was good. The savory dishes were spicy just the way I like them. The quality of the products made the price worthwhile.

Anna at reception was incredibly understanding and kind. I arrived late at night after being at the hospital, cold and exhausted in the rain, and she let me check in even though I was told that check-in after midnight normally isn’t allowed. She immediately gave me a fresh, very nice and spacious room, and her kindness meant a lot at that moment. The price was very good for a London location, and the staff overall were friendly, helpful and professional. I’m grateful to Anna for her help and for the excellent service. Heathrow Inn Holiday was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend it as an affordable, safe place to stay in London.

We were a family of five visiting from Belgium. The room seemed bad for the price, so after checking in and looking at it, we left. We came back later that night with two more people who lived in Engeland and knew the area. They helped us carry our luggage in, then left about 10 minutes later, so there were seven of us only briefly. The next day, when my father went for a walk, a woman was rude to him and accused us of sleeping seven people in the room. He told her that wasn’t true and to check the cameras. She could barely speak English, and she was mean throughout our stay. I felt she was trying to scam us by making excuses and saying we’d done this or that. Everyone stay away from this place. DO NOT VISIT, IT’S REALLY BAD!!!

Haleema’s hospitality and customer service made our family stay memorable. She was warm, professional and attentive, always going out of her way to help and make sure we were comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and very affordable for the value. We had a really pleasant experience and highly recommend the place, especially for families.
