Heeton Concept Hotel - Luma Hammersmith

We felt really looked after here, especially after my operation when I wasn't feeling well. The room was lovely, clean, and cosy, with everything we needed: a fridge, microwave, kettle, and TV. The staff provided drinks for us to make, and they were so kind, supportive, and lovely. We had breakfast with lots of choice too. I came from Enchance Medical group, who recommended the place. We weren't sure at first since there are lots of places to stay nearby, but I'm glad we chose it. It's a 1 min walk from the clinic and 3 min walk from Livat Car Park. There are lots of places nearby to buy food, plus a pharmacy if you need medication. Our daughter was happy too, as they had everything she needed. They gave us such a beautiful room, with a very comfortable bed, lots of fluffy pillows and duvets, and everything was clean and tidy. I can't express how happy we were. I'd recommend it 100% and come back.

I loved the look of the Hotel on Booking.com, and the pictures lived up to it. The understated colours and atmosphere were classy, and the staff were friendly. I liked the location, less than 5 mins on foot from Hammersmith Station and the buses. My room was large and spacious, with a bed bigger than a double. It was so comfortable, I slept like a log. I'll definitely stay here next time I'm in London.

We’ve stayed here before, and the location is still hard to beat, even with the London subway workers on strike. The staff are gracious and very accommodating. Breakfast is a generous continental spread, with a handy takeaway option for 12.50, and brewed coffee and hot tea are free around the clock.

The room was roomy and clean, the bed was comfortable, and reception were really helpful. We were glad to have an extra heater in the room, too. It’s also very convenient for trains, buses, and supermarkets. Highly recommend it.
