Henrietta Experimental

Covent Garden is right in the heart of things, and the important landmarks are easy to reach. We stayed five nights and had great service throughout. When we needed everyday items like an iron and ironing board, they brought them right away. Housekeeping left crisp, clean towels in the bathroom daily, and fresh baked cookies arrived each afternoon. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff at Henrietta’s experimental income and garden gave me exceptional service, and I enjoyed both my room and my stay. It was my first visit, and the location made it easy to reach so many places in the West End. Two underground stations are conveniently close, making it easy to get around London. I'm looking forward to coming back with my husband.

We were travelling with our two year old daughter, and the early check in was a big help. Breakfast was good value, and the room was comfortable and clean, which is saying something because I'm hard to please. The staff and amenities were excellent, and the location made it easy to walk everywhere or pop into Covent Garden. The street noise wasn't too much for us. There were a few quirks of an old building, like hard to find plugs and a tricky shower, but that's to be expected in a character property. Our stay at Henrietta Experimental made our London trip, and we can't wait to return.

The beds were super comfortable, the rooms gorgeous and clean, and the staff amazing. We loved our stay at the Henrietta Experimental, and they made my birthday weekend feel special. We didn't mind the street noise, but if you're sensitive to people walking by or enjoying themselves at the restaurants, you may want to avoid a street side room. Thanks for a great stay.
