I gave it 3 stars because the hotel's description is out of date and inaccurate. Whether there's a pool makes a real difference for many guests, and it affects the price too.

At £360 a night, it's hard to accept that some people stay for free and trash the place, leaving paying guests feeling unsafe. It shouldn't be classed as a hotel anymore. I searched the hotel's name in Google News and the first two articles were about guests who had been violent towards other guests. AVOID!

Completely unacceptable behavior, especially toward women. I found this place deeply disturbing and unsafe, and wouldn't recommend spending even one night here. The worst hotel I've ever seen. Let me know if you'd like this to sound more formal, polite, or even harsher.

The hotel listing is inaccurate. Until further notice, there's no pool or those other facilities. I rated it 3 stars because that description hasn't been updated. A pool makes a big difference to many guests and can affect what they pay.

The location is about the only good thing. The hotel appears to be housing asylum seekers, and the advertised facilities aren't currently available. We felt unsafe, so we checked out.
