Hilton London Paddington

The room was clean, and the housekeeping team cleaned it with care every day. After a long day of walking, it was lovely to come back to a tidy space, and we felt very safe at Hilton Paddington. The twin beds were roomy and comfortable, and they rolled apart easily so my friend and I could have our own space without sharing a bed or paying more for larger ones. We slept soundly without being disturbed by light or noise. As two middle-aged women, we value comfort, personal space, cleanliness, a reasonable price, and safety, and this stay met those needs. The entrance from Paddington station turned out to be a real plus: access was convenient, and people weren't just passing through at random. It felt like any other hotel lobby. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend the hotel.

If you're arriving from Heathrow or heading there with little time to spare, this is a perfect choice. It's a welcoming hotel with all the amenities, and the staff were very helpful. A back entrance leads straight into the station, and it's next to the Underground with bus routes to Oxford St and beyond. The only downside is that the restaurants within an easy walk are all pretty basic.

The Executive Lounge was a real plus, with more breakfast and lounge choices than we remembered from our last visit. We stayed at Hilton London Paddington from 19/12/25 to 22/12/25 for a pre-Christmas weekend and had a great time. Paddington Bear is a lovely little touch, too. The location made getting around London easy, with Paddington Station, the Heathrow Express, shops, supermarkets and restaurants all under one roof, so we could dodge the weather. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff, especially Joy, Greeshma, Mary, Muhammad, and Amelija, were friendly, attentive and helpful. We’d recommend it for families or a short city break.

Breakfast was really nice, with plenty of choice at the buffet. We had a great stay, and the staff were fantastic. The hotel is being refurbished, but we didn’t have any noise or other problems from the work. I’m sure it’ll be a good upgrade once it’s finished.
