The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly. They let me leave our luggage at both ends of the trip. My daughter and I spent two nights in a basement room, which was spacious and comfortable, with no noise bothering us. The bathroom was clean and functional, a decent size, though it could use an update. Breakfast was perfectly fine and gave us plenty to start the day. The breakfast room is small, but we had no trouble finding a table. I'd stay again if I were visiting.

Getting around London was easy from Holiday Inn London-Victoria, thanks to its city-centre location near public transport and major attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable and well maintained, a good place to relax after a busy day sightseeing. Staff were welcoming, professional and helpful throughout. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I'd highly recommend it for leisure or business stays.

The TV lounge and bar were very pleasant, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our rooms were small, but that's central London, and we paid less than £150pn including breakfast, about 15 minutes from Tate Britain. Breakfast was more than good enough: fresh toast, croissants, cereals, juices, fruit, egg and bacon, and pancakes. I'm not sure what more you'd want. I don't recognise the place described in some of these reviews. We'll be back.

A last-minute booking worked out perfectly. The room was warm, clean and spacious, with tea and coffee, toiletries and a hair dryer, and the night was quiet without interruptions. Breakfast was included in the price, a good buffet with the basics: scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, toast and croissants. Staff were friendly. It's a short walk from Victoria station. Recommended, and I'd stay again.

The family room had a decent amount of space by London standards, though it could've been cleaner. The shower was powerful and probably the best part of the hotel. Breakfast is included like at other HIE properties. It's basic, but does the job. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. It's tucked away from the busiest areas, about a 10-minute walk from Victoria station or two minutes from Pimlico tube.
