We were already heading home when we realized my wife had accidentally left her watch in the room at checkout. I called the front desk, and the receptionist was patient and helpful the whole time, guiding us through each step and arranging to have the watch sent safely back to us in the USA. We truly appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you for looking after us.

I returned the hire car in early January 2026, and by mid-February my deposit still hadn’t been returned. The car was dangerous to drive, and I wouldn’t trust these people with my family in one. I’ve sent many emails and received no reply. I’m going to report them to UK Trading Standards and UK consumer rights. They should be shut down. If I could give them a minus rating, I would.

Reception arranged a taxi and asked for a quote and the driver’s name. When the taxi arrived, he introduced himself, so everything matched up. They said they do this for guests, especially people travelling alone. The staff were very friendly and security felt good. You also need your room key to use the lift.

My flight was delayed too late for me to collect my rental car, so I needed an emergency night here. The staff were outstanding, breakfast was really lovely, and it was excellent value for money.

I got a good price, and the place was clean and in good repair. Breakfast was fantastic, hot, delicious and all you can eat. Parking cost £16 a day when I visited, though it’s less if you need 10 hours or less. That’s expensive, but typical for London. Security is good and also typical for London, though having to use your card for the lifts was a little annoying to me.
