Holiday Inn London - Kensington

The location made getting around very easy, just around the corner from High Street Kensington underground station. We stayed two nights, slept amazingly well in the comfortable beds and pillows, and had all the amenities we needed, including an iron and ironing board. Our room was lovely and clean, and the staff were kind and welcoming, especially Roshani, who was attentive and accommodating. As IHG members we could check in early and got free late check-out, which helped us a lot. No complaints at all, probably the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Thank you!

We stayed for one night at the end of May and had a great experience. The room was on the small side but clean, comfortable and quiet, with a powerful shower and plenty of hot water. Staff were really friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, and the hotel is well placed for attractions with good transport links.

Santosh handled a situation in the lobby with real calm, diffusing the conflict while keeping the atmosphere welcoming. Ayesha was attentive and friendly with customers too, and her dedication to guest satisfaction stood out. The staff kept up a consistently high standard of service throughout my stay at the Holiday Inn. The service was wonderful, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay.

On my second stay at Holiday Inn High Street Kensington, the team again made a strong impression. Our package included a £25 dinner allowance per person, but we were initially charged the full bill. At checkout, Miss Jess quickly looked into it and corrected the charge so we only paid the amount over the allowance. She was professional and efficient, and we really appreciated her help. The dinner and bar team made us feel at home. Mr. Shree and Mr. Richard remembered our preferences and little details, making each meal feel personal. On the sixth floor, the housekeeping attendant who helped us was exceptionally kind, always smiling and offering help with anything we needed. I didn’t get his name, but he was very tall, and his hospitality stayed with us. When we arrived after a long journey, Miss Georgina at the front desk welcomed us and explained our booking. We’d accidentally reserved an accessible room package with breakfast and dinner, and she gave us the chance to review and change the room type before check-in. Her attention helped us avoid a booking mistake, and we were able to check in early. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the Tube station. We had another fantastic stay and would happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London. Thanks to everyone at Holiday Inn High Street Kensington. We look forward to returning.
