Holiday Inn London - Regent's Park by IHG

The stay was very comfortable, and the location was ideal. The staff were great, especially Samantha at the bar. She was patient, polite and professional, with a great sense of that, and put my colleagues and me at ease. She explained our options clearly and gave us time to decide.

I was here for two weeks for work, and it’s a great spot beside regents park for a quick morning walk before heading to work. During heavy rain, I had a small issue with water dripping by the corner of the window. I appreciated how professionally Milind, one of the managers, quickly got it fixed. The hospitality and breakfast were amazing. They also have Starbucks integrated coffee service, which is a book all together.

My family and I spent Friday to Monday here, and we come to this lovely hotel at least once a year when visiting London. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else, and couldn’t find a single fault. The rooms were clean, the food delicious, and the staff lovely. A special thank you to Samantha, who goes above and beyond for guests. She’s a real credit to the hotel, and I wholeheartedly believe she deserves recognition for all her hard work. Thanks again, we’ll be back soon x

We had a quiet, inward-facing room with a TV, safe, tea and coffee, AC, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel is in a great location, and though the area around it is quiet, you can get around easily. There are two Tube entrances within a 15-minute walk: Great Portland Street, serving Circle, Hammersmith & City, and Metropolitan, and Warren Street, serving the Northern Line. We came from T5 at LHR via the Elizabeth Line and Circle. It took about one hour and cost £13.80, a bargain. We stayed three nights on a B&B basis at the beginning of March 2026. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great choice of fruit, cold meats, cereals, pastries and full English, enough to set you up for the day. The check-in and dining staff were friendly and super efficient. During the trip we saw Six and Back to the Future in the West End, both well discounted due to London Theatre Week. We also went shuffleboarding in Kings Cross, saw the Moon Walkers show at the Light Room, walked around Regent’s Park and enjoyed the coffee shops on Marleybone High Street. We’re already booked to come back in August for another London City Break, using this great hotel as our base.
