Holiday Inn London - Whitechapel by IHG

We were having trouble booking a room around midnight after leaving another hotel that seemed like a bit of a scam, and reception helped us out. Huge thanks to everyone there, especially Israh and, I think, her team. She was so nice and polite, as was everybody else. We stayed three nights as a couple and had one of the best experiences of our lives. The room was clean, with plenty of towels, and the bathroom looked fresh and lovely. Breakfast was perfect, with a typical English spread and lots of drinks, including Starbucks coffee available all the time. We'll definitely be back ❤️👏🏼 Barbora and Veronika

After long days sightseeing in London during my study abroad visit from the United States, this hotel felt like a lovely little oasis. The front desk team, including Arasha, and the kitchen and restaurant staff were kind, friendly, and attentive to what customers needed. I work in healthcare, and to me, caring for people comes first. Good teamwork matters, and the staff should be proud of how they work together.

The rooms felt fresh and modern, and were brand new, clean, and well maintained. I've stayed in several other four-star hotels in London, but many were older buildings that hadn't been properly renovated. Arsha and Nusrat at reception were both welcoming and friendly. Arsha especially made the stay feel personal and comfortable. She was caring, polite, professional, and always glad to help. Her kindness and positive attitude toward guests really stood out and reflect well on the hotel.

Good prices, clean rooms, and amazing staff. Raman and Victor deserve a special mention, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. I'd definitely book here again.
