The second time I stayed for three nights, things went badly, which was a surprise after my first three-night visit had no problems. The walls are paper thin, and noisy guests can blast the TV at 2am or be so loud around 3am that it feels like they’re in your room. There are no quiet hours, and the receptionist didn’t seem to care, responding with some sarcasm. I wouldn’t call it kid-friendly if you’re after a PG-rated place. Reception staff weren’t all friendly or professional either. In summer the room turns into a sauna because there’s no AC. It’s small, with a small TV on the wall. Tea and coffee are provided, but the mattress springs dug into me throughout the stay, the headboard had a sticky substance on it, and the bathroom wasn’t clean.

We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in London. It’s quiet, reasonably priced, and just what we wanted: a basic room that was clean and comfortable, with a welcoming reception team. The room had a kettle, tea, coffee, milk and towels, plus shower sachets. It’s in the middle of a business park, and we paid £20 to leave the car there on our last day while we went into the city. Harlesden station is an easy 10-15 minute walk away, with connections to Wembley and Central London. Thanks for a lovely stay 🙂

Good value, and just one stop from Wembley Stadium. It’s a clean place to stop over, with a bedroom and bathroom that have the basics a couple needs for sleeping and washing.

For a business trip, the room did the job. There’s a supermarket and plenty of places to eat nearby, but the entrance had rubbish all over it and the hotel sits in an industrial estate. My room was tiny and not very clean. I’m 5 foot 9 and could barely fit on the toilet.

For the price, it’s fine even though the room isn’t very big. The place was very clean, the service was great, and guests can use the kitchen with its kettle, microwave and fridge. I’d recommend it.
