We stayed at 1a Castle Road Camden, which was clean and central to Camden Town, just what we needed. Everything worked and we had no issues. Home.ly kept me updated before we arrived and answered all my questions. Their attention to detail was second to none. I also liked the online check-in booklet, which I saved to my phone’s home screen to look up the codes for the building, room and bin store. We had a lovely visit to London. Thanks, Home.ly, and until next time. I’d use them for future bookings.

We stayed in July 2025. The neighbourhood was lovely, with Camden Market and underground stations a short walk away. The place was spacious, spotless and had a fully equipped kitchenette with kitchenware. There was no air conditioning, and street noise carried on until 10pm most days. Service is entirely human-less, which could be cumbersome for some. The bathtub drained so slowly during our stay that the four of us used the other bathroom instead.

The flat in Kentish Town was bright, clean and comfortable, and the location was very good. We recently stayed in this lovely two-bedroom apartment, and it exceeded all our expectations.

We were disappointed. There was a mouse in the apartment, and they wouldn’t help us with an extra sheet and blanket. The mattress was in really bad shape and we couldn’t sleep on it. We also had no wifi for three days, and check-out at 10am felt really early.

Everything went smoothly at check-in and check-out, and customer support was responsive and fantastic. The apartment was fresh and clean, with a coffee machine, cooking supplies and washing machine. It’s in a great spot near shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants, with excellent transport links.
