The room had a beautiful window right next to the bed, a dream. The area felt super safe and the location was perfect. The staff were the nicest ever. We had an awesome stay, have already recommended it to friends and family, and will definitely come back!

I stayed in room 201 and don’t understand the negative reviews. The location is perfect for Paddington, and reception was nice. There was a TV in the room, plus tea, coffee, and a kettle. The shower was good, and everything was clean, especially the bedsheets and towels. For what you pay in London, I’d say it wasn’t bad at all.

Really good value for London, with lots of bars, restaurants, and fast food places on the same road. It’s right next to Paddington station, and the owners were really nice and helpful.

We were only there for the night so we could catch the Elizabeth Line to Heathrow. There’s a great Lebanese restaurant across the street, open until 11 perhaps. The apparent owner was hospitable, though the gentleman at the front desk wasn’t very welcoming. You can see Paddington station from the hotel, but despite the good signs outside, we walked straight past it. The twin beds were comfortable and the sheets were new and clean, but the TV didn’t work. The bathroom was small but clean. The stair carpet was dirty and needs replacing. There’s no lift, so anyone with heavy bags will struggle up the stairs, and walking to the fifth floor would be ridiculous.

This felt more like a museum than a modern hotel. My room was dusty, and there was an issue with bed bugs. There was no proper heating, just a small fan heater that wasn’t enough because the windows wouldn’t close properly. The toilet wouldn’t flush and there was no hot water. It was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
