The staff were kind and helpful, both face to face and on chat, and a strong man and his lady even helped carry my two heavy suitcases upstairs when I arrived. That was a lovely reminder that there are good people in London. But four floors with no lift made the stay a nightmare. My legs might have gained extra muscle, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone over 40, or to older people. I'd only suggest staying if your apartment is on the first or second floor. The entrance was filthy, with rubbish and garbage bins there to “greet me.” I stayed two weeks in early 2024, in a fourth-floor flat where the WiFi was a problem. The site staff helped sort out that apartment's connection, but WiFi was still a headache because they kept wanting to use a dongle. To me, those devices are for places with patchy or no internet, like a beach or a distant park. Authorities shouldn't allow rentals on three floors or more without a lift.

I picked this area because it's nice, and Hounslow High Street is a favourite of mine. I've spent half my life there. The apartment itself is clean and quiet, with a good smart TV, high-speed WiFi, a nice cooker, a tall, roomy fridge, and a good living area. The equipment and furnishings are okay too. I've been here for two days so far and plan to stay another three weeks. The mattress is the letdown. Mine is far too soft, and doesn't seem right for this apartment. I prefer a very firm mattress for my back and for a comfortable night's sleep.

There was a club or bar across the street, so it got noisy at night sometimes, though that didn't bother me. The apartment itself was great and check-in was easy. Finding the entrance was really difficult, and the area around it was dirty.

I loved apartment 4. It was exactly like the pictures, really spacious, and had all the utensils plus a fully equipped kitchen. My only request is that you provide a parking bay.

The rooms are clean and spacious, but the surrounding area lets the place down. There's rubbish around and signs of drug use, and it stays noisy outside quite late. I expected that on the high street.
